AN ORDINANCE .
An ordinance confirming the assessment upon the property herein-i
after described on Ninth East Street between South Temple Street and
the city limits, in Paving Districts Nos. 27, 31 and 32, for the pun
pose of providing for the grading, guttering and curbing, and paving
thereof.
Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake.. City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That the assessment list made by the City Treasurer

as corrected, approved and completed by the Board' of Equalization and
Review, heretofore duly appointed by the City Co`uneil for that pur-
Ipose.of the property in Lots 1, 6, 7 and 8, Block 58, ry4a45, Block
157; 2, 3, 4 and 5, Block 56; Land 8, Block 55; 1, 6, 1 and 8, Block
44; 4 and 5, Block 43, all in Plat "B", Salt Lake City Survey, abut-

Iting on both sides of Ninth East Street between South Temple and Third
South Streets, in Paving Districts Nos. 27, 31 and 32, of Salt Lake
City, for the purpose of providing for the grading and paving of said
portion of said street, is hereby confirmed, and the assessments made
and returned in said completed lists are hereby confirmed.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
