Green Stewart l Mr. Chairman Result • AN ORDINANCE AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1264, Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1920, relating to fees for card tables. Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah SECTION I. That Section 1264, Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1920, relating to tees for card tables, be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: SECTION 1264. FEE. The yearly license fee for con- ducting card rooms or tables for the playing of cards shall be 0150.00 per year, or any part thereof, for one table; 0200.00 per year, or any part thereof, for two ar three tables; 0250.00 per year, or any part thereof, for four er five tables; 0300.00 per year, or any part thereof, for six to eleven tables; 0350.00 per year, or any part thereof, for eleven to sixteen tables; 0400.00 per year, or any part thereof, for sixteen or more tables. SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners, it is necessary to the peace, health and safety of the inhabitants of Salt Lake City that this ordinance become effective immediately. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its publication. Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah, this day of A.D. 1922.
