JI Keyser �• ,.F�.......,f, Knight Lee V Mr. Chairman {j AN ORDINANCE Result AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER LXVI, of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1934, relating to Weights and Measures by adding in and to said Chapter a new Section to be known as Section 1550, providing for the proper marking and labeling of lubricants. Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt L4xe City, Utah: SECTION I. That Chapter LXVI, of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1934, relating to Weights and Measures, be and the same is hereby amended by adding in and to said Chapter a new Section to be known as Section 1550, providing for the proper marking and labeling of lubricants which shall read as follows: SECTION 1550. It shall be unlawful for any person to sell or offer for sale any lubricant within the limits of Salt Lake City from any pump or other dispensing device, or any container, unless such pump or other dispensing device or container shall have clearly displayed thereon the name of the manufacturer of said lubricant, the grade thereof, and, if said lubricant contained therein is reclaimed or re-condition- ed oil, a statement to the effect that the same is reclaimed or re-conditioned oil. It shall be unlawful for any person to sell or offer for sale any lubricant within the limits of Salt Lake City of a different grade than that marked on the pump, dispensing de- vice or container, or to sell one grade or brand of lubricant for another grade or brand of lubricant. SECTION 2.
