J� McConkic — ' � xacxtx Mr.Chairman - AN ORDINANCE Result - - AN ORDINANCE APJIENDING CIIAP'TER XXXIII, -nevised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1934, relating to municipal government, by adding in and to said Chapter A new section to be known as Section 809X. Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. That Chapter XEXIII, Revised Ordinances of Salt Labe City, Utah, 1934, relating to municipal government, be and tn.e saute is hereby amended by adding in and to said Chatter a new section. to be known as Section 809X, which shall read as follows: "SEC. 309X. All persons heretofore appointed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt ,one City to any salaried office under city government and whose lffice and salary is established and fined by ordinance shall be paid the sum of V10.00 per month in addition to any other remuneration now received by them from Salt Lake City. The payment of said monthly sum of V_0.00 shall begin with the month of day, 1943." SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners, it is necessary to the peace, health and safety of the inhabitants of Salt Lake City that this ordinance sham become effective hay 1,1943. SECTION 3.
