AN ORDINANCE A INVSECTION 6714 of the Revised Ordi-
nances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1944, as amended, and amending Chap-
ter LXV of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1944,
relating to zoning, by adding in and to said Chapter a new Section
to be known as Section 6717-A.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That Section 6714 of the Revised Ordinances of
Salt Lake City, Utah, 1944, as amended by ordinances passed by the
Board of Commissioners of February 21, 1945; April 5, 1945; August
17, 1945; December 18, 1945; March 28, 1946; April 5, 1946; June 4,
1946; August 6, 1946; September 18, 1946; October 8, 1946; November
5, 1946; January 7, 1947; February 11, 1947; March 5, 1947; March
June 22, 1947;
25, 1947; April 16,. 1947; May 27, 1947; June 5, 1947;/July 22, 1947;
October 14, 1947; December 2, 1947; December 18, 1947; April 26,1948;
September 28, 1948;
May 26, 1948; September 22, 1948.;JOctober 23, 1948, known as bills
Nos. 60 and 61; March 9, 1949; August 3, 1949; November 15, 1949;
February 23, 1950; March 30, 1950; May 4, 1950; May 31, 1950; Septem-
ber 19, 1950; November 21, 1950; and January 16, 1951; relating to
zoning, be and the same is hereby further amended by adding in and to
said section three new paragraphs to be known as Items Nos. 90, 91
and 92, which shall read as follows:
"ITEM No. 90. The following described real property in Resi-
dential 'B-3' District, as shown on the Use District Map, is
hereby amended and changed to Business 'A' classification and
the Use District Map is hereby amended and changed accordingly:
The west side of 2nd East Street from 66 feet south of 6th
South Street to 99 feet north of 7th South Street and from 165
feet south of 7th South Street to 165 feet north of 8th South
Street, being the east one-half of Lots 7 and 8, B1k. 17 Plat
'A', and the north 231 feet of Lot 1, and the south 26 'feet

of Lot 8, Blk. 20, Plat 'A', all of Salt Lake City Survey.
That said Use District Map is hereby changed and amended
to show the above described tract of land and the whole there-
of as Business 'A' District."

"ITEM No. 91. The following described real property/Resi-
dential 'A-3' District, as shown on the Use District Map, is
hereby amended and changed to Residential 1B' classification
and the Use District Map is hereby amended and changed accord4
ingly:
Commencing at apoint on the north line of the Commercial
District 144 ft. west of the west line of 9th East Street
and 521 ft. north of the north line of 21st South Street
and running thence north 158.8 ft., thence west 219 ft.,
thence south 158.8 ft., thence east 219 ft. to place of be-
ginning.
That said Use District Map is hereby amended and changed
to show the above described tract of land and the whole there-
of as Residential (B' District."'
"ITEM No. 92. The following described real property in

Residential 'B-2'/Districtq,as shown on the Use District Map,
is hereby amended and changed to Residential 'B-2-1' classifi-
cation and the Use District Map is hereby amended and changed
accordingly:
Commencing 150 ft. north of the north line of North Temple
Street and 200 ft. east of the east line of Garside Street,
being the east line of Agricultural Park, Plat B,a nd running
thence east 616 ft., thence south 150 ft. to the north line
of North Temple Street, thence east 420 ft., thence north 150,
ft., thence east 705 ft. more or ]sss to the west bank of the
Jordan River, thence northerly following the west bank of the
Jordan River to a point 1310 ft. north of the north line of
North Temple Street, thence west to a point 1160 ft. north
of the plane of beginning, thence south to the place of be-
ginning,being a part of the southeast quarter of Section 34
and part of the southwest quarter of Section 35, T. 1 N., R.
1 W., S. L. B. & M.
That said Use District Map is hereby amended and changed
to show the above described tract of land and the whole there-i
of as Residential 113-2-1' District."`
SECTION 2.,That Chapter LXV of the Revised Ordinances of
Salt Lake City, Utah, 1944, be and the same is hereby amended by
adding in and to said chapter a new section to be known as Section',
6717-A., relating to zoning, which shall read as follows:

"SEC. 6717-A. RESIDENTIAL'B-2-1'DISTRICT. (a) In a Resi-
dential 'B-2-1' District no building or premises shall be use.,
and no building shall be erected which is arranged, intended
or designed to be used for other than one of the following
uses:
1. Any use permitted in a Residential 'AA', 'A',
'A-31, 'B'' or 'B-2' District.
2. Trailer homes provided that at least an area 120. i
square feet is provided for each trailer and that the spacing
