City, Utah:

SECTION 1. That the alley in Block 5 of Laurelhurst Amended

and Extended Plat in Salt Lake City, Utah, more particularly des-
.cribed as follows:

6, Block 5, Amended and extended plat of
Laurelhurst of Section 15, T. 1 S., R. 1
E., S. L. B. & M.; thence S 0° 01' 26" W
16 feet to the northeast corner of Lot 5,
said Block 5; thence N 89° 45, W 159 feet to
the northwest corner of said Lot 5; thence
S 0° 01' 26" N 146.3 feet to the southwest
corner of Lot 1, said Block 5; thence N 89°
45' W 8 feet to the southeast corner of Lot
55 Laurelhurst; thence N 0° 01' 26" E. 162.3

he and the same is hereby vacated and declared no longer to be public
property for use as a street, avenue, alley, or pedestrian way.
Said vacation is made expressly subject to all existing rights
of way and easements of all public utilities of any and every descrip-
tion now located in, on, under or over the confines of the above
described property and also subject to the rights of entry thereon for
the purpose of inspecting, maintaining, repairing, replacing, removing,
altering or rerouting said utilities and all of them.
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners, it
is necessary to the peace, health and safety of the inhabitants of
Salt Lake City that this ordinance shall become effective immediately
