Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. That Edgehill Street, more particularly described as follows, be, and the same hereby is, vacated and declared no longer to be public property to be used as a street, alley, avenue or pedestrian way: Beginning at the point of intersection of the north- westerly right-of-way line of Edgehill Street with the southerly right-of-way line of Clayborne Avenue, said point also being 72.08 feet S. 89°53'27" W from the northeast corner of Lot 11, Block 27, 10 Acre Plat "A", Big Field Survey; thence S. 23°35' 59" W 127.49 feet to the easterly right-of-way line of Highland Drive; thence S. 15°33'42" E 175.73 feet along said easterly right-of-way line to a point of tangency with a 200.0 foot radius curve to the right; thence northerly along the arc of said curve 135.73 feet to a point of tangency; thence N. 23° 35'59" E 167.72 feet to the southerly right-of-way line of said Claybourne Avenue; thence S. 89°53'27" W 72.08 feet along said line to the point of beginning.
