An ordinance confirming the assessment upon the property herein
after described in the territory included between South Temple Street]
and the north line of Third North Street, and. from Second West Street
to the lain Interceptinc: Sewer, in Sewer Districts Nos. 1 and 2, for 1
the construction of sewers.
Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That the assessment list made by the City Treasurer
as corrected, approved and completed by the Board of Equalization an.
Review, heretofore duly appointed by the City Council for that pur-
pose, of the property in Lots 1 and 8, Block 116; a;, 3, 4 ,end 5, Bloc
p
116, Plat "A"; 1, 5, 667 and.,,1,, Blo,ck 58; 1, 2, Sand 4, Block 63
Plat "Cr, Salt Lake City Survey, abattinL on both sides of Third West
Street between Second North and Third North Streets; on the west side
of Seventh West Street between North Temple and South Temple Streets;
and on both sides of North Temple Street between Seventh West and
Eighth West Streets, in Sewer Districts Nos. 1 and 2, of Salt Lake
City, for the purpose of constructing sewers upon said portions of
said streets, is hereby confirmed, and the assessments made and re-
turned in said completed lists are hereby confirmed.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
