An ordinance confirming the assessment upon the property
hereinafter described on Plum Alley from Orpheum Avenue to
Second South Street, in Paving District No. 28 (Paring Exten-
sion No. 134) , for the purpose of providing for the grading
and paving thereof.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That the assessment list made by the City
Treasurer, as corrected, approved and completed by the Board of
Commissioners of Salt Lake City, sitting as a board of equaliza-
tion and review, of the property in Lot 2, Block 70, Plat "A",
Salt Lake City Survey, abutting on both sides of Plum Alley
from Orpheum Avenue to Second South Street, in Paving District
No. 28 of Salt Lake City, for the purpose of providing for the
grading and paving of said portion of said street, is hereby
confirmed, and the assessments made and returned in said
completed li:ta are hereby confirmed.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall tke effect one day
after its first publication.
