AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Section 25-4-6 of the Revised Ordinances of
Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, contained in Bill No. 40 of 1967, passed July
13, 1967, relating to Salary Schedule Group I of officers and employees
classified as managerial, professional, clerical and technical as the same
affects the Mayor, City Commissioners and City Auditor by adding thereto
a new paragraph (d) .
Be it enacted by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That Section 25-4-6 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake
City, Utah, 1965, contained in Bill No. 40 of 1967, passed July 13, 1967,
relating to Salary Schedule Group I of officers and employees classified
as managerial, professional, clerical and technical, as the same affects
the Mayor, City Commissioners and City Auditor, be, and the same hereby is,
amended by adding thereto a new paragraph (d) to read as follows:
"Sec. 25-4-6
"(d) Effective January 1, 1968, the salary range step
and salary of the Mayor, City Commissioners and City Auditor
are hereby designated and determined as follows:
"Mayor step D salary $1,184.00
"City Commissioners step C salary $1,076.00
"City Auditor step C salary $1,076.00"
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah, this
21st
day of December, 1967.
