An ordinance confirming the assessment upon the property with-
in the district described as follows: Beginning at the center of
the intersection of Eighth West and Third South Streets; thence west
tothe center line of Ninth West Street; thence north to the south
line of Garfield Avenue; thence west to Tenth West Street; thence
north to the north line of Garfield Avenue; thence east to the cen-
ter line of Ninth West Street; thence north to the north line of
First North Street; thence east to the center line of Fourth West
Street; thence south to the center line of South Temple Street;
thence west to the center line of Eighth West Street; thence south
to the center line of Third South Street, the place of beginning, in
Sidewalk Districts Nos. 20 and 21, for the construction of cement
sidewalks.
Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That the assessment list made by the City Treasurer
as corrected, approved and completed by the Board of Equalization
and Review, heretofore duly appointed by the City Council for that
purpose, of the property abutting on Alm MIA# NUR i8 both sides of
First North Street between Fourth West and Ninth West Streets, on b
both sides of North Temple Street between Fourth West and Ninth
West Streets, on the north side of South Temple Street between
Fourth West and Ninth West Streets, on the south side of South Tem-
ple Street between Eighth West and Ninth West Streets, on the east s
side of Ninth West Street b etween First North and Third South
Streets, on the west side of Eighth West Street between First North
and Second South Streets, on the east side of Eighth West Street
between First North and South Temple Streets, on both sides of
Seventh West Street between First North and South Temple Streets, on
both sides of Sixth West Street between First North and South Temple
Streets, on both sides of Fifth West Street between First North and
South Temple Streets, on the west side of Fourth West Street between

South Temple and First North Streets, on both sides of Chicago Ave-
nue between North Temple and South Temple Streets, on both sides of
Hazle Street between Eighth West and Ninth West Streets, on both
sides of Garfield Avenue between Ninth West and Tenth West Streets,
on bath sides of Fuelid Avenue between Eighth West and Ninth West
Streets, and on both sides of.,Cannon Street between Eighth West and
Ninth West Streets, in Sidewalk Districts Nos. 20 and 21, of Salt
Lake City, for the purpose of oonstr actin; cement sidewalks upon
Wield .portions of said str89te, is hereby confirmed, and the assess-
ments made and returned in said completed lists are hereby con-
firmed.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.

Passed by the City Council of Salt Lake City,Utah,June 18th
1906, and referred to the Mayor for his approval.
