That that portion of unopened 25th East Street 12min Salt Lake City, Utah, particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the north line of the north- east quarter of Section 15, T. 1 S., R. 1 E., S. b. B. g M., where said line intersects the east line of Blk. 16, 5-1,ore Plat "C", Big Field Survey, running thence east "4 33 ft., thence S. 0 deg. 02 min. 30 sec. W. 1006.3 ft., thence west 33 ft., thence N. 0 deg. 02 min. 30 sec.
