Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. That the plat of Morandi Subdivision Plat 'A', together with all of the blocks, alleys and streets therein located, more particu- larly described as follows, be, and the same hereby are vacated, and all alleys, streets and ways laid out therein are hereby vacated and declared no longer to be public property for use as streets, avenues, alleys or pedestrian ways, and the land covered by said plat is hereby declared to be and is made acreage property the same as it was before said plat was made and filed: Beginning at a point 871.80 feet N 89°57'54" E. from the center of Section 3, T1S, R1W, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, , running thence N. 89°57'54" E. 449.00 feet; thence S. 0° 03'34" E. 52100 feet; thence S. 89°57'54" W. 431.25 feet; thence N. 0°03'34" W. 360.0 feet; thence S. 89°57'54" W. 17.75 feet; thence N. 0°03'34" W. 161.0 feet to the point of beginning. Said vacation is made expressly subject to all existing rights of way and easements of all public utilities located in, on, under or over the confines of the above described property, and also subject to the rights of entry thereon for the purpose of maintaining, repairing, replacing, removing, altering or rerouting said utilities and all of them. SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners it is necessary to the peace, health and welfare of the inhabitants of Salt Lake City that this ordinance become effective immediately.
