Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. That Chapter 1 of Title 24 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, be, and the same hereby is, amended by adding thereto a new section to be known as Section 24-1-15.3, re- lating to capital improvements appropriations, to read as follows: "Sec. 24-1-15.3. Capital improvements appropriations. The city auditor may appropriate from estimated revenue for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1975, to the capital improve- ments fund, an amount sufficient to provide improvements for the purposes and in the amounts specified as follows: Land and Rights of Way $ 22,000 Forest Dale Golf Course 123,750 Public Safety-Major Capital-Repair Shop 114,000 Tracy Aviary Buildings -0- Police Target Range -0- Fire Station No. 3. 260,000 Hall of Justice - Courts Building -0- City Hall Building 20,000 Cemetery Improvements 45,000 City's Share - Federal Programs 50,500 Sewer Main Extensions -0- Storm Sewer - Redwood Road 50,297 City's Share - Restoration City & County Building 100,000 Construction - Remodeling 20,000 Board of Education - Gravel Pit 30,000 Streets Const. - Code Enforcement -0- Downtown Improvement District 292,000 Parks Development 35,000 Parks - Sprinkling System -0- Court Space Study 14,600 Sewer Treatment Plant -0- Sugarhouse Park Authority 50,000 Transit Authority - Utah Liquor Law 207,554 North Pump Station 130,750 Utah Transit Authority 55,300 Sumner School -0- Animal Shelter - Building 5,000 Research Park 35,500 91_ -2- SECTION 2.
