AN ORDINANCE VACATING a certain alley located between Bryan and Kensington Avenues and 14th and 15th East Streets, as per Petition No. 498 of 1969. Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. That that certain alley located between Bryan and Kensington Avenues and 14th and 15th East, more particularly des- cribed as follows, be, and the same hereby is, vacated and declared no longer to be public property for use as a street, avenue, alley or pedestrian way: Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot 32, Block 3, Emerson Heights Addition, being a subdivision of Lots 4, 8 and 9, and part of 10, Block 11, Section 16, T.1 S., R.l E., F.M. Lyman Jr. Survey, and part of Lot 5, Block 11, Five Acre Plat "C", Big Field Survey, Section 17, T.1 S. R.1 E., Salt Lake Base and Meridian, and running thence south 118.0 feet; thence south- easterly 35.35 feet to the southeast corner of said Lot 32; thence east 425.0 feet to the southwest corner of Lot 50, of aforesaid Block 3; thence northeasterly 35.35 feet to the southeast corner of said Lot 50; thence south 62.0 feet to the northeast corner of Lot 1, of said Block 3; thence northwesterly 35.35 feet to the northwest corner of said Lot f A; thence west 462.0 feet to the west line of a 12.0 foot wide alley being vacated; thence north 155.0 feet to the northeast corner of Lot 31 of aforesaid Block 3; thence east 12.0 feet to the point of beginning.
