An ordinance confirming the assessment upon the property within
the district described as follows: From the center line of Third
South Street tot he center line of South Temple Street, and from the
center line of Fourth West Street to the center line of Eighth West
Street; and on both sides of Somerby Street between Fifth South and
Sixth South Streets, in Sidewalk Districts Nos. 5, 20 and 21, for
the construction of cement sidewalks.
Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That the assessment list made by the City Treasurer
a$ corrected, approved, and completed by the Board of Equalization
and Review, heretoforewduly appointed by the City Council for that
purpose, of the property abutting on both sides of Somerby Street
Street between Fifth South and Sixth South Streets, on both sides of
Cannon Street between Seventh West and Eighth West Streets, on both
sides of Jeremy Street between South Temple and First South Streets,
on the east side of Eighth West Street between South Temple and
Second South Streets, on both sides of Seventh West Street between
Swath Temple and Third South Streets, on both sides of Sixth West
Street between South Temple and Second South Streets, on the west
side of Fifth West Street between South Temple and Second South
Streets, on the east side of Fifth West Street between South Temple
and Third South Streets, on the west side of Fourth West Street be-
tween South Temple and Third South Streets, on the south side of
South Temple Street between Fourth West and Eighth West Streets, on
the south side of Second South Street between Stith West and Seventh
West Streets, and on the north side of Third South Street between
Fourth West and Eighth West Streets, in Sdiewalk Districts Nos. 5,
20 and 21,in Salt Lake City, for the purpose of constructing cement
sidewalks upon said portions of saidstreets, is hereby confirmed,
and the assessments made and returned in said completed lists are
hereby confirmed.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.

Passed by the City Council of dal Lake City,Utah,Jttne 18n8, 1J06,
and referred to the Layer for his approval.
