An ordinance amending and re-enacting Section 533 of the Revise Ordinances of Salt Lake City of 1903, as amended by an ordinance passed by the City Council December 28, 1908, and approved by the Mayor December 29, 1908. Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah: 'SECTION 1. That°Section 533 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt `f Like City of 1903, ae emended by an ordinance passed by the City Counoil December 28, 1908, and approved by the Mayor December 29, 19.8, be, and the same is hereby amended and re-enaoted so as to read as follows: 533. SALARIES. The officers, employees, man ,sad agents o. 'the Polio. Department shall receive yearly salaries payable monthly as are the salaries of other dity officers, in amounts as follows: Chief of Police and ex-officio jailer $3000.00 Chief of detectives 1800.00 City d.teotives, each 1260.00 First and second lieutenants of police, each- - 1440.00 0.00 Duty sergeants, eaoh 1201200.00 Mounted policemen, each 1020.00 Desk sergeants, eaoh All other policemen,except bicycle policemen, 1020.00 each Bicycle policemen,-each 1050.00 Assistant jailers, each 1020.00 Prison guards, each 1020.00 Matron 480.00 SECTION 2. A11 ordinances and resolutions, or parts of ordinanf oes and resolutions in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict. SECTION 3.
