AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Section 1574, Revised Ordinances of Salt
Lake City, Utah, 1920, relating to concealed weapons.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah:
SECTION I. That Section 1574, Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake
' City, Utah, 1920, relating to concealed weapons be, and the same is,
hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 1574. It shall be unlawful for any person to carry
concealed, any sling-shot, brass knuckles, revolver, dagger, stiletto,
or other deadly weapon.
SECTION II. Any person violating any provision of this or-
dinance shall be punished as provided in Section 7, Revised Ordinances,
of Salt Lake City, 1920.
SECTION III. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners, it
is necessary to the peace, health and safety of the inhabitants of Salt
Lake City that this ordinance become effective immediately.
SECTION IV. This ordinance shall take effect upon its publica-
