AN ORDINANCE Result AN ORDINANCE VACATING ALLEY-running east from the Jordan and Salt Lake Canal right-of-way between Roosevelt and tEmerson Avenues in Salt Lake City, Utah. Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt v Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. That alley running east from the Jordan • I and Salt Lake Canal right-of-way between Roosevelt and Emerson • d" Avenues in Salt Lake City, Utah,more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner Lot 102, Block 2 Lincoln Park Subdivision, a subdivision of part of Block 16 A, Five-Acre Plat "A", Big Field Survey; run- ning thence West 653.5 feet to the Southwest corner Lot 77, Block 2, said subdivision, thence South 21 deg. 48 min. East 16.16 feet to the Northwest corner Lot 24, Block 2, said subdivision, thence East 647.5 feet to the Northeast corner Lot 2, Block 2, said subdivision, thence North 15.0 feet to the point of beginning; be and the same is hereby vacated and declared no longer to be public property for use as a street, avenue, alley or pedestrian way. Said vacation is made expressly subject to all existing rights of way and easements of all public utilities of any and every description now located on, in, under or over the confines of the above described property and also subject to the right of entry thereon for the purpose of inspecting, maintaining, repairing, replacing, removing, altering or rerouting said utilities and all of them. SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners, it is necessary to the peace, health and safety of the inhabitants of Salt Lake City that this ordinance shall become effective imme- diately. 93 SECTION 3.
