An ordinance amending an ordinance granting a franchise to the Salt Take and Suburban Railway Company. Be it resolved by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. That Section 6 of an ordinance entitled "An ordi- nance granftng a franchise to the Salt Lake and Suburban Railway Company", passed by the City Council August 11t'h, 1902, and approved by the Mayor August 14th, 1902, he, and the same is hereby amended • to read as follows;SECTION 6. That if this grant, with the terms and conditions therein contained, be not accepted in writing by said grantee within sixty (60) days after the passage of this resolution,or if work be not commenced wit`_iin,� 4)) days, and the road com meted and in operation on or before October 8th, 1904, then this grant shall become null and void. SECTION 2.
