AN ORDINANCE AMENDING subsection (2) of Schedule 14-a, referred
to in Section 123 of the Traffic Code of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965,
as amended, relating to 45 degree angle parking.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That subsection (2) of Schedule 14-a, referred
to in Section 123 of the Traffic Code of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965,
as amended, relating to 45 degree angle parking be, and the same
hereby is, amended by adding thereto the following streets:
10th and llth East Streets between South
Temple and First South Streets.
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners,
it is necessary to the peace, health and safety of the inhabitants
of Salt Lake City that this ordinance become effective immediately.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its first
publication.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah,
this 28th day of October, 1969.
