AN ORDINANCE .
An ordinance confirming the assessment upon the property herein-
after described in the territory included between South Temple and
Ninth South Streets, and from the Intercepting Sewer east to Second
West Street, in Sewer District No. 2, for the construction of sewers.
Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That the assessment list made by the City Treasurer
as corrected, approved and completed by the Board of Edualizat1on and
Review, heretofore duly appointed by the City Council for thatlpur-
pose, of the property in Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, Block,51;.'15 to 20, in-
elusive, Block 1; 16 to 21, inclusive, Block 2, Franklin Suhdivision,
Block 46; 5, 6, 7 and 8, Block 47; 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, Block 50; 5 and
6, Block 48, all in Plat "C", Salt Lake City Survey, abutting on both
sides of First South Street between Sixth West and Eighth West Street ;.
on the east side of Seventh West Street between South Temple and Firs,
South Streets; and on the south side of South Temple Street between
Fifth West and Sixth West Streets, in Sewer District No. 2, of Salt
Lake City, for the purpose of constructing sewers upon said portions
of said streets, is hereby confirmed, and the assessments made and
returned in said completed lists aro hereby confirmed.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
