Result AN ORDINANCE
An ordinance confirming the assessment upon the property here-
inafter described on Eleventh East Street from Sale Avenue to a
point 287 feet north of Twelfth South Street, in Paving District No.
31, for the purpose of providing for the grading, curbing and
guttering, constructing waterways across street intersections, and
laying pipes for irrigation purposes back of curb, constructing
private driveways, installing water services, and paving thereof.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That the assessment list made by the City Treasurer
as corrected, approved and completed by the Board of Commissioners
of Salt Lake City, sitting as a board of equalization and review, of
the property in Lots 42 to 51, inclusive, Block 3; 42 to 46, inclu-
sive, Block 2, Park View Subdivision, Block 17 A; 2, 3 and 6, Block
17-4; 52 to 59, inclusive, Block 10, Felt's Subdivision, Block 16A;
and 11, Block 16-A, all in Five Acre Plat "A", Big Field Survey,
abutting on the east side of Eleventh East Street between Yale and
Harrison Avenues, in Paving District No. 31 , of Salt Lake City,
for the purpose of providing for the grading, curbing and guttering,
constructing waterways across street intersections, and laying pipes
for irrigation purposes back of curb, constructing private driveways,
installing water services, and paving said portion of said street,
is hereby confirmed, and the assessments made and returned in said

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect one day after
its first publication.
