Result AN ORDINANCE
An ordinance confirming the assessment upon the property
hereinafter described on Thirteenth East Street between Ninth
South and Tenth South (now Thirteenth South) Streets, in Side-
walk District No. 40 (Sidewalk Extension No. 179), for the con-
struction of cement (concrete) sidewalks.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That the assessment list made by the City
Treasurer, as corrected, approved and completed by the Board
of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, sitting as a board of
equalization and review, of the property in Lots 17, Block 17 A,
Five Acre Plat "A"; and 5 and 6, Block 30, Five Acre Plat "C",
all in Big Field Survey, abutting on both sides of Thirteenth
East Street between Yale Avenue and Tenth South (now Thirteenth
South) Atreet, in Sidewalk District No. 40, of Salt Lake City,
for the purpose of constructing cement (concrete) sidewalks
upon said portions of said street, is hereby confirmed, and
the assessments made and returned in said completed lists are
hereby confirmed.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect one day after
its first publication.
