Result AN ORDINANCE
An ordinance confirming the assessment upon the property
hereinafter described on Sunnyside Avenue between Thirteenth
East and Fourteenth East Streets, in Sewer District No. 1
(Sewer Extension No. 380), for the construction of a sewer.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That the assessment list made by the City
Treasurer, as corrected, approved and completed by the Board
of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, sitting as a board of
equalization and review, of the property in Lots 1, and 29 to
50, includve, Block 7, Douglas Park Subdivision of Block 1; 11,
12, 13 and 14, Block 12, and 1, 2, 3 and 4, Block 13, Fremont
Heights Subdivision of Block 1, all in Plat "F", Salt Lake City
Survey, abutting on both sides of Sunnyside Avenue between
Thirteenth East and Fourteenth East Streets, in Sewer District
No. 1. of Salt Lake City, for the purpose of constructing a
sewer upon said portions of said street, is hereby confirmed,
and the assessments made and returned in said completed lists
are hereby confirmed.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect one day after
its first publication.
