AN ORDINANCE V'ACA'TING all those streets, avenues and
ck alleys, or those portions thereof, located within that certain

Plant in Salt Lake City, State of Utah, excepting therefrom,
however, all of those streets, highways and alleyways which run

4.-1 2: Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt
Lake City, Utah:
SECTION I. That all those streets, avenues and alleys,
or those portions thereof, located within that certain area which
now comprises the area occupied by the Small Arms Plant in Salt
Lake City, State of Utah, described as follows:
Beginning 50 feet North and 33 feet West of the Salt
Lake City monument in the center of 2100 South Street locat-
ed at the intersection of 1700 ".,est Street (Redwood Road)
and 2100 South Street, thence West and paralleling the South
section lines of Sections 15, 16, 17, 18, Township 1 South,
Lange 1 West, and Sections 13, 14 and 15 of Township 1 South,
Lange 2 West, to a point which is 50 feet North and 33 feet
East of the Southwest corner of Section 15, Township 1 South,
Range 2 West; thence North and parallel to the West line of
Section 15 to a point which is 33 feet East and 33,feet South
of the Northwest corner of.said Section 15, Township 1 South,
Range 2 west; thence East and paralleling the section lines
to a point which is 33 feet South and 33 feet East of the
Northwest corner of Section 17, Township 1 South, Range 1
West; thence North and paralleling the section line to the
South right-of-way line of 900 South Street; thence East
along the South right-of-way line of 900 South Street and
proceeding Easterly to the West bank of the Surplus Canal;
thence following the West bank of the Surplus Canal in a
southeasterly direction to a point on the West right-of-way
line of 1700 West Street; thence South along the West right-
of-way line of 1700 West Street to a point 50 feet North and
33 feet West of the city monument, the point of beginning;
excepting therefrom, however, those streets, highways and
alleyways which run along the exterior perimeter of the
area above described;

Said vacation is made expressly subject to all existing .
rights of way and easements of all public utilities of any and
every description nor, located in, on, under or over the confines
of the above described property, and also subject to the right of
entry thereon for the purpose of inspecting, maintaining, repair-
ing, replacing, removing, altering or rerouting said utilities and!
