AN ORDINANCE
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Subsection (9) of Section 51-6-11 of the
Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to mobile
home parks.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah:
SECTION 1. That subsection (9) of Section 51-6-11 of the Revised
Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to mobile home parks,
be, and the same hereby is, amended to read as follows:
"Sec. 51-6-11. Mobile home parks. * * *

" (9) There shall be at least twenty feet between the
mobile homes and at least fifteen feet between an individual /c°'fir[
mobile home and any adjoining pavement areas of a park, street
or sidewalk or a common parking area or other common area.
There shall be at least a ten-foot rear yard for each trailer
on which an accessory building not to exceed eighty square
feet shall be allowed. Awnings open on three sides shall be
allowed as an attachment to the side of a mobile home pro-
vided there is at least ten feet from the awning to any other
mobile home or attachment to the mobile home on an adjoining
area.

SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners of Salt
Lake City it is necessary to the peace, health and welfare of the in-
habitants of Salt Lake City that this ordinance become effective imme-
diately.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its first pub-
lication.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah, this
29th day of August, 1972.
