Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah:
SR,CTIOU 1. bhoever shall on Sundt' take part in, or in any
manner aid, abet or promote any theatrical or dramatic performance,
or any secular show or exhibition in my t#eatre, hal4 play-house
or public place of amusement, shall be deer ed guilt yAf a misde-
meanor. This: ordinance does not include s8ged;qo Ots.
