SECTION 1. That an ordinance levying a tax and providing for
the assessment of property within the district bounded on the north
by the north line of First North Street, on the east by the center
line of Bast Temple Street, on the south by the south line of South
Temple Street, and on the west by the center line of Third West Street,
in Sewer District No. 1, for the construction of sewers, passed by
the City Council June 18, 1906, and approved by the Mayor June 19,
1906, be, and the same is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. That an ordinance confirming the assessment upon the '
property within the district bounded on the north by the north line
of First North Street, on the east by the center line of East Temple
Street, on the south by the south line of South Temple Street, and on
the west by the center line of Third West Street, in Sewer District
No. 1, for the construction of sewers, passed by the City Council
July 16, 1906, and approved by the Mayor July 18, 1906, be, and the
same is hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
