98 of 1903 - Ordinance 98 of 1903 – Sidewalk Extension No. 41. AN ORDINANCE .
An ordinance confirming the assessment upon the property on
the south side of Third South Street from the east side of Fourth
East Stroct to the west side of Eighth East Street, in Sidewalk
District ITo. 6, for the construction of a sidewalk.
Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah:
STCTION 1. That the assessment list made by the City Treasurer
as corrected, approved and completed by the Board of Equalization
and Review, heretofore duly appointed by the City Council for that
purpose of the property abutting on the south side of Third South
Street from the east side of Fourth East Street to the west side of
Eighth East Street, in Sidewalk District No. 6, ief Salt Lake City,
for the purpose of constructing a sidewalk upon said portion of said
street, is hereby confirmed, and the assessments made and returned
in said completed lists are hereby confirmed.
SECTION 2. This ordinance snail take effect upon approval.
