An ordinance ameidinr and. re-enacting Section 366 of the Re-
vised Ordinances of Salt Lake City of''1903.
Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That Section 366 of ttre Revised Ordinances of Salt
Lake City of 1903, be; and the same hereby is amended and re-enacted
so ae to read as follows:
'SECTION 366. APPLICATION. AMOUNT. All applications for
11ienses contemplated by the preceding section shall state the
. number• and kind of tables, pin or ball alleys, or hine or ten-
pip alleys to be -licensed, and the place of keeping the same.
"Upon the filing+ of sucheapplic .tion, and upon payment into the
City Treasury of t4motiv dollars per annum in advance, for each
billiard or pool table,( pin or ball alley or nine or ten-pin
alley specified in said application, yearly licenses may be
issued thereon.
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
