AN ORDINANCE CONFIRMING THE ASSESSISIENT upon the property
hereinafter described on Milton avenue, Sixth to Seventh East St. ,
in Sewer District No. 1, (Sewer Extension No. 392) for the con-
struction of sewers.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION I. That the assessment list made by the City
Treasurer as xcorrected, approved and completed by the Board of
Commissioners of Salt Lake City, sitting as a board of equaliza-
tion end review of the property in Lots 2, 3 to 16 incl. , 17, 35,
21 to 34 incl. and 20 of Hawthorne Subdivision of Block 14, Five-
Acre Plat A, Big Field Survey, abutting on Milton Aveme, Sixth
to Seventh East Streets, in Sewer District No. 1, of Salt Lake City,
for the purpose of constructing sewers upon said portions of ;aid
street is hereby confirmed, and the assessments made and returned
in said completed list are hereby confirmed.
SECTION II. This ordinance shall take effect one day
after its publication.
