Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. That that portion of 400 West Street and a public alley located South of Andrew Avenue, more particularly described as follows, be, and the same hereby is vacated and declared no longer to be public property for use as a street, avenue, alley or pedestrian way: Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 18 Stewart's Addition, a subdivision of part of Block 9, Five-Acre Plat "A", Big Field Survey, and running thence West 33.0 feet to the West line of 400 West Street; thence South 195.0 feet, more or less along the said West line to the Northerly line of / Denver and Rio Grand Western R.R. R/W; thence N. 49' 47' E. 43.2 feet, more or less, along said r/w line to the East line C> of 400 West Street; thence North 62.8 feet, more or less, to the Northwest corner of Lot 17, said subdivision; thence East 42.0 feet; more or less the said railroad R/W; thence N. 49' 47' E. 25.6 feet; more or less; thence West 61.0 feet; more or less to the Southwest corner of Lot 17, said subdivision; thence North 102.3 feet to the point of beginning.
