Result AN ORDINANCE
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER LX, Revised Ordinances of
Salt Lake City, Utah, 1920, by adding in and. to said Chapter a new
Section to be known as Section 1929, relating to traffic.
Be it Ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt
Lake City, Utah:
SECTION I. That Chapter LX, Revised Ordinances of Salt
Lake City, Utah, 1920, be and the same is hereby amended by adding
in and, to said chapter a new section to be known as Section 1929,
relating to traffic, to read as follows:
SEC. 1929. It shall be unlawful for any person to
drive or propel, or cause to be driven or propelled, any vehi-
cle, or street or inter-urban car so as to break the consecu-
tive line of march or line of travel of any funeral procession
upon any of the streets in Salt Lake City.
SECTION 2. Any person violating the provisions of this
ordinance shall be punished as provided in Section 7, Revised Ordi-
nances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1920.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect thirty-one
days after its passage.
