AN ORDINANCE

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING the "Recommended Wage and Salary Administra-
tion Program for Salt Lake City Employees" dated May, 1969, as adopted
by Bill No. 63 of 1969 amending Section 25-4-5 of the Revised Ordinances
of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, by adding thereto and deleting therefrom
certain employment positions.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah:
SECTION 1. That the "Recommended Wage and Salary Administration
Program for Salt Lake City Employees" dated May, 1969, as adopted by
Bill No. 63 of 1969, amending Section 25-4-5 of the Revised Ordinances
of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, be, and the same hereby is amended as
follows:
(a) Under the title covering non-civil service "Managerial and
Professional" employees, the position of City Planner II in
Salary Range No. 23 is deleted and the position of Assistant
Planning Director is added to Pay Class No. 25, with a salary range
of $856.00 to $1076.00 per month.
(b) Under the title covering non-civil service "Managerial and
Professional" employees, the position of Cross Connection Control
Coordinator is added to Pay Class No. 16, with a salary range of
$564.00 to $708.00 per month.
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners it is
necessary to the peace, health and welfare of the inhabitants of Salt
Lake City that this ordinance become effective immediately.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its first publi-
cation.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah, this
