AN ORDINANCE

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Section 25-16-4 of the Revised Ordinances of
Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to fees for copies of documents on
file in the City Recorder's Office.
SECTION 1. Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
"Sec. 25-16-4. Fees. The City Recorder shall charge,
collect and receive in advance for the use and benefit of
Salt Lake City the fees hereinafter enumerated, to-wit:
(1) For a copy of any resolution, ordinances, record
or other document on file or of record in his office,
Twenty-Five Cents for each page.
(2) For searching records, Two Dollars per hour.
(3) For affixing certificate and seal of the City,
One Dollar."
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners it is
necessary to the peace, health and welfare of the inhabitants of Salt Lake
City that this ordinance become effective immediately.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its first publi-
cation.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake Ci , Utah, this
