WEEREAS, the owners of the buildings and the street known as
Eccles Avenue have given to all farmers and dealers in fruits and pro-
duce space on this avenue free of charge, Be It Therefore
RESOLVEDthat the Chief of Police be instructed to prohibit the sale or
exchange of fruits and vegetables in what is known as the Continental
Market, or in any other unsanitary place within the limits of Salt Lake
City; And Be It Further RESOLVED that the Street Supervisor be instructed

to foll Eccles Avenue at least once every day, or as often as is necessary
to keep the place in a sanitary condition.
