RESOLUTION.

BR IT RESOD by the Ileard of CoreniekieneTs 'of '
Salt Lake City:
Section 1. That Commissioner Henry W. Lawrence be and he
ie hereby designated and declared to be Superintendent of the
Department of Public Affairs and Finance.
Section 2. That Comniseioner William H. Horns be and he
is hereby designated and declared to be Superintendent of the
Department of Water Supply E: Water Works.
Section 5. That Mayor-Commissioner Samuel C. Park be
and he is hereby designated and declared to be Supeointendent
of the Department of Public Safety.
Section 4. That Commissioner Richard P. Morris be and he
is hereby designated and deolarod to be Superint ndent of the
Department of Streets & Public Improvements.
Section 5. That Commissioner George D. Keyser be and he
is hereby designated and declared to be Superintendent of the
Department of Parke ec Public Property.
Section 6. That each of said Comniocionors shall hare
general charge and superintendence o' the department assigned
to him, subject alrray-s, however, to the control of the Board
as a whole; that each of said Superintendents in the adminis-
tration of the department to him assigned shall be governed by
the laws of'the State of Utah and the ordinances of Salt Lake
City thereto pertaining.
