Result RESOLUTION
NHEREAS, the Utah Light & Traction Company, a corporation,
operating the street railway system in Salt Lake City, has permit-
ted its right of way to be and remain in a state of disrepair on
many of the paved streets of Salt Lake City; and
WHEREAS, such condition is a menace and a cause of danger 1
it
to those using the streets and crossings of said city.
NON, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Utah Light &
Traction Company be and it is hereby directed and required to place
all of its said right of way in paved streets of Salt Lake City in
good and proper condition, using for said purpose the same material
1 as the street upon which the tracks are laid at the point of repair,
or such other material as shall meet the approval of the Board of

Commissioners, all of such work to be done in such manner as to
meet the approval, both as to materials used and manner of construe-
tion, of the Commissioner of Streets and Public Improvements.
{ That said company is hereby required to commence on or 4,
before itin= d► 15, 1926, commencing upon such streets as most need
immediate attention, and to proceed with said work with all reason-
able diligence and complete the same to the satisfaction of the
Commissioner of Streets and Public Improvements.
