VHEPLAS, Commissioners of the various departments herein-
after specified have made written requests for adtitional appropria-
tions setting forth the emergencies neces itatin;p the requests; and
V;HLRLAS, it is necessary to make such adeitional appropria-
tions for the support of the city government for the year 1929.
NOW, TH,d:-i'FOHE, ET IT LLSOLVLD that an emergency exists
and it is necessary to make acm itionz_1 apsTropriations for the follom-
in„ susie of money or as much thereof as may be necessary, be and the
same are hereby appropriated for the support of the various depart-
ments indica.tea for the calendar year ending December 1, 1929.
Said appropriations are further itemized in the requests on file for
.such appropriations and are in ardition to those heretofore authorized
and passed by the -oard of Commissioners of "alt Lake City on Decem-
