Result
WHEREAS, on April 12, 1955, Salt Lake City passed Ordinance No. 29
creating Bonneville Golf Course Revenue Bonds in the authorized sum of
$100,000; and
WHEREAS, forty eight of the ,$100,000 bonds have been sold and the
purchasers desire delivery thereof now; and
WHEREAS, Tallmadge and Tallrnadge, attorneys at law, Denver, Colorado,
have furnished an opinion stating that the city is authorized to make
partial delivery of the aforementioned bonds;
NUW, THEREFORE, BE lT RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of Salt Lake
City is authorized and directed to deliver to F. T. Boise and Thornton D.
Morris forty eight (48) $1,000 bonds of the Bonneville Golf Course revenue
Bonds upon receipt of ?4S,000 and accrued interest and issue his receipt
therefor.
