RESOLUTION
Result . . . .
WHEREAS, in accordance with State and Federal laws public hearing
was held in the Salt Lake County Commission Chambers, Salt Lake City, Utah, on
August 20, 1970, to discuss the proposed design features of the proposed improve-
ment on First South Street and University Street, and
WHEREAS, location, design, traffic flow, and access features were
discussed at the hearing, and
WHEREAS, at the public hearing there was general agreement ex-
pressed regarding the recommended proposal, and
WHEREAS, the Salt Lake City Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah, has considered all testimony given at the hearing, and the social,
economic, environmental and other effects of the proposed improvement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the design features of
this project as presented at the public hearing be adopted.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah, this
5th day of January, 1971.
