A RESOLUTION DECuAHING THE nESU1,TS dr MUNICIPAL
ELECTION HELD NOVEMBER 6th, 1545.
WHEREAS, a Municipal Election was held on Tuesday, the
6th day of November A.D. 1y45, in the city of Salt Lake City,
and
7dIEHEAS, on Tuesday, the 13th day of November, 1545,
(the Monday next following said election having been observed
as Armistice Day), the board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah, sitting as a Board of Canvassers, as required by
law, convened and did puolicly canvass the returns of such
election, and did continue in session until the same was
concluded, and
SHEhEAS, on this the 13thday of November A.D.1b45,
having completed said canvass, the Board does find from
such canvass, that the following named persons were elected
from a plurality of votes cast, to the offices set opposite
their respective names:

NUN, THEhEI•'OhE BE IT hESOLVED that Certificates of
Election issue to the following named persons to the offices
set opposite their respective names, they and each of them
having received a plurality of all votes cast,and they and
each of them are hereby declared to have been elected to said
offices and the City hecorder is hereby directed to issue a
Certificate of Election to each of said persons, namely:
