BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH that paragraphs 1(a) and 1(b) of Resolution Number 31 of 1972, be, and the same hereby are, amended to read as follows: 1 * * * "(a) 18.5 mills for general fund for general city purposes.
