RESOLVED, that the communication of the City Recorder in regard to
advertising notice of intention for Sewer Extension No. 326 be filed,
and the said improvement be made; that the work therefor/be done under the
supervision of the City Engineer,and the City Engineer be instructed to prepare
plans and specifications for said improvement,and to submit the same to the Board
of Commissioners for its approval; and that the City Recorder be directed to
advertise for bids for making said improvement, for a period^ of twenty days.

(1) Includes Financial Advisor fees,Purchaser's discount,legal fees,rating agency fee,printing and other
miscellaneous costs of issuance.
SECURITY AND SOURCES OF PAYMENT
The Notes will be issued pursuant to applicable law in anticipation of the collection of
taxes levied and yet to be collected for the City's Current Fiscal Year. The full faith and credit
of the City will be pledged to levy and collect sufficient taxes and other revenues for the Current
Fiscal Year, and the City will covenant to irrevocably appropriate from the first collection of
such taxes and other revenues pertaining to the Current Fiscal Year an amount sufficient to pay
the principal of and interest on the Notes when due.
No REDEMPTION
The Notes are not subject to redemption prior to maturity.
REGISTRATION AND TRANSFER
In the event the book-entry system is discontinued, any Note may, in accordance with its
terms, be transferred, upon the registration books kept by the Note Registrar, by the person in
whose name it is registered, in person or by such owner's duly authorized attorney, upon
surrender of such Note for cancellation, accompanied by delivery of a duly executed written
instrument of transfer in a form approved by the Note Registrar. No transfer will be effective
until entered on the registration books kept by the Note Registrar. Whenever any Note is
surrendered for transfer, the Note Registrar will authenticate and deliver a new fully-registered
Note or Notes of authorized denominations duly executed by the City, for a like aggregate
principal amount.
