RESOLUTION.
RESOLVED, That hereafter the whole amount
of engineering, publishing notices, inspection, etc.
on special improvement extensions advanced by the
City and charged to each extension, respectively,
shall not be returned from the first funds collected
by the City from said levy, , but shall be repaid
annually in the same proportion that the Coupon
Warrants issued on such extension are redeemed.
