A RESOLUTION LEVYING TAXES UPON ALL THE REAL AND
t,. PERSONAL PROPERTY WITHIN SALT LAKE CITY, MADE TAXABLE BY LAW, FOR THE
YEAR 1912.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,

Utah:
".; That for the purpose of defraying the necessary and proper

expenses of Salt Lake City, and maintaining the government thereof, there
be, and there is hereby levied upon all the real and personal property
within said City, made taxable by law, for the fisoal year ending
" Deoember 31, 1912, a tax of thirteen (13) mills per 'ash dollar assessed '
valuation of said property.
Said tax is hereby levied and is to be raised for the follow-

To defray contingent expenses four and one»third ( 4.1/3)
mills on each dollar assessed valuation of said property.
STREETS AND SIDEWALKS.
:<', To open, improve and repair sidewalks and streets five (5)
mills on cash dollar assessed valuation of said property.
INTEREST ON BONDS AND SINKING FUND.,
For the payment of interest on bonds series 5,6,7,E and 9,
r.„ and sewer bonds two and one-third (2»1/5) mills on sash dollar assessed
h ysiaation- of said property,

To oonstruot ant repair sewers and drains Ong (1) mill en
feast iollar assesses valuation of said property,
LIBRARY.
To maintain Public Library and Free Reading Room,one»third
(1/3) mill on each dollar assessed valuation of said property.
