Result I RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Salt Lake City is the owner of certain shares of
stook in the Kennedy Ditch and Irrigation Company; and
WHEREAS, Said City desires said stook voted at the annual,
meeting of said corporation, for the election of direotors for said
corporation, to be held March 7, 1916;
. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That Heber K. Burton, Assistant
City Engineer of Salt Lake City, be authorized to vote the shares of
stook owned by the City as aforesaid, aid 71 t-p�r�e/tii�n/,)/g.
