WHEREAS on May 14th, 1917 the Board of Commies.,
loners adopted a resolution creating Paving- Extension No.
137 and directed the City Recorder to publish notice'of
intention, such notice to name the purpose .for which the
taxes were to he levied, describing the improvements pro—
posed, the boundaries of the district to be henefitted,
the estimated cost of such improvements end to designate

to show an express authorization to the city Recorder to
