Lee Mr.Chairman - - 'teatih RESOLUTION WRERBAS, the Board of City Commissioners has heretofore agreed to proceed with improvements under C.W.A. regulations up to an amount of $200,000.00 and WHERRAS, under date of March 13th, 1934, the City Auditor reported allocation of these funds as follows: Public Affairs & Finance $7,922.00 Public Safety 4,900.00 Parks & Public Property _ 7,188.00 Streets & Public Improvements 62,972.00 Water Supply & Waterworks 72,518.00 Statutory & General 4,500.00 $40,000,00 having been expended in the year 1933,60and0.0© • WREI&S, it is very necessary that, each statutory department'shall stay within the total sum allotted to it. ' NOW, TBBREFC3RS, BB IT RESOLVED that it be the sense of this Board that each department shall stay strictly within the amount so allocated and that no transfer of funds be made to or from the several budgets for C. W./k, work with- out the approval of the Board of Commissioners, and , BE IT RESOLVED that no new projects be started before same shall have been submitted to and been approved by the Board of City Commissioners. BE IT FARTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor and City Purchasing Agent be instructed to not honor any such transfer or expenditure without the approval of the Board of Conrniissioners in regular sepsion.
